Very poor good, the staff was friendly but apparently do not know how to properly do their job, we ordered a chicken club, a 1/3 burger with mayo and ketchup only, a chicken sandwich, and onion rings. The chicken club had barbecue sauce and bacon, the burger had cheese
I thought the $5 box would be better. The chicken sandwich tasted like the ones you got in middle school
on it. We went back through and advised them of the mistakes. They checked the replacement food order twice. I was asked if I wanted lettuce and tomato on the club, yes and mayonnaise. When they brought the same chicken club out, had wiped off most of the barbeque sauce and didn't put lettuce and tomato, but added cheese. The chicken sandwich was horrible, and when they finally brought the burger, it was correct. We will not visit this Hardee again, and may not go to any other locations. This was a waste of $18.78.
The service was SLOW!! The guy was nice but I couldn't hardly hear him.
Enjoyed our hamburger and chicken strips @ Hardees in Pearson,Ga. Great folks working there!!
Sucks. Black staff only. No service whatsoever. Took 15 minutes in the drive thru only to screw up my order. A hot dog and a coke...simple enough huh? Apparently not for these monkeys. If they weren't cussing and laughing and acting like trash maybe they could do their jobs more efficiently.
